From zero to your first chaos report in under a minute.

1. Initialize a project

loki init

This scans your repository stack and creates .loki/ with config.yaml, rules.md, and knowledge.json (plus runs/ and journeys/).

If you cloned the repository, you can serve the built-in playground/index.html checkout testbed right away:
