loki update & version
Check for new GitHub releases and self-update LOKI via uv.

| --force, -f | bool | false | Force reinstallation from git+https://github.com/MatiSca99/LOKI.git via uv even if already on the latest version. |
When an update is available (or --force is passed), perform_update() runs uv tool install --force git+https://github.com/MatiSca99/LOKI.git (or uv pip install --upgrade git+https://github.com/MatiSca99/LOKI.git inside a virtual environment).
